AIASL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:-

For Deputy Manager Ramp/ Maintenance:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with 18 years work experience OR 3 years Diploma Engineering recognized by the State Government with 18 years work experience OR Bachelor of Engineering / MBA from recognized University with 15 years work experience.
For Duty Manger – Ramp:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with 16 years work experience OR 3 year Diploma Engineering recognized by the State Government with 16 years work experience.
For Jr. Officer Technical:- Full time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university. Must be in possession of LMV.
For Ramp Service Executive:- 3 – years Diploma / ITI in Relevant Discipline AND Candidate must carry original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) at the time of appearing for the Trade Test.
For Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver:- SC/10th Standard Pass. Must Carry Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for trade test
For Duty Manager – Passenger:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university
For Duty Officer – Passenger:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with 12 years experience
Fore Duty Manager – Cargo:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with 16 years work experience
For Duty Officer – Cargo:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with 09 years experience, in cargo handling. Or Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with M.B.A or equivalent in any discipline (2 – years full time course or 3 – year part time course) from a recognized university with 06 years aviation experience in cargo handling.
For Sr. Customer Service Executive:- Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized with 5 years of experience in any of the area or combination there of fares, reservation, ticketing computerized passenger check in / cargo handling. Should be proficient in use of PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
For Customer Service Executive:- Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.

AIASL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:-

Personal / Virtual Interview.
The final selection will be on the basis of rank lists drawn, based on the total marks secured in the interview conducted at AIASL premises.
Trade Test comprise of Trade Knowledge and Driving test including Driving Test of MHV. Those passing the Trade Test alone will be sent for Interview.
Physical Endurance Test (Like Weight lifting, running). Those qualifying the Physical Endurance Test alone will be sent for Interview.
