AIASL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Customer Service Executive:-
- Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern
- Preference will be given to candidate having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
- Should be proficient in use of PC.
- Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
2. Jr. Customer Service Executive:-
- 10+2 from a recognized board.
- Preference will be given to candidate having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
- Should be proficient in use of PC.
- Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 28 years
- Age relaxation for OBC category is 3 years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST category is 5 years

- Application fee is Rs. 500/-
- No fees are to be paid by Ex-Servicemen/ candidates belonging to SC/ST
- Payment Mode: means of a Demand Draft in favor of ”AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED”

AIASL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The Selection Process for AIASL Recruitment 2023 consists of three stages, which are:
- Stage 1: Document Verification:- Candidates will be required to present their original documents for verification at the time of the walk-in interview.
- Stage 2: Personal Interview:- Candidates will undergo a personal interview to assess their communication skills, customer service orientation, problem – solving abilities, and overall suitability for the role.
- Stage 3: Final Selection:- The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared on the combined scores obtained in the interview.
